WHAT THE RESULTS MEAN
Fix the clear conflicts.
Review the rest.
Error means a concrete conflict, such as different season numbers or an empty file. Warning means a possible matching problem. Recommendation is advice, not a failed scan. PASS means no enabled check reported an issue.
What this tool cannot confirm
Actual titles and release years, provider ID ownership, episode ordering, file integrity, embedded tracks, codecs, server permissions and server settings require checks beyond filenames.
NFO files are checked by name and location only. Their contents are not opened. Empty folders and excluded files may be missing from browser selections.
